Aviagen TMEA Management Team Launches New Internal Project ‘TRANSCEND’
The TMEA Management Team recently launched their new project ‘Transcend’ to the TMEA team. Transcend has been created in order to reshape the business and take the business forward to the next level in order to ensure we achieve Aviagen’s corporate vision of being the leading breeding company and the supplier of choice.
Transcend will only work with complete buy-in, belief and commitment in all we do within Aviagen. The dedicated teams are working on agreed goals and objectives with their team leaders as assigned by the management team, with regular catch up and review meetings in order to progress into a new “can do” working culture.
